Junior football players in Kuala Lumpur have the opportunity to receive professional coaching from UEFA qualified coaches from English Premier League club Tottenham Hotspur this December. The coaches focus on improving technical skills, with a particular focus on ball mastery, flair, fluidity and attacking – all of which are hallmarks of the Tottenham Hotspur Academy in the UK. The Academy is known for its ability to produce talented players like Harry Kane, Japhet Tanganga and Oliver Skipp. Goalkeepers in the program will further develop their ball mastery and footwork skills, leading to greater game awareness and overall contribution. Goalkeeping is incorporated into all activities, allowing players to become confident in using their feet. The older age group will also learn a little more about the tactics behind the game through a video analysis session and also hear from our coaches about our program in Australia. SMALL GROUP SESSIONS We believe that students get the most out of coaching when group sizes are kept small. Students will be grouped by their skill level to make sure that coaches can develop a program that suits their strengths and abilities.
