UOW Malaysia KDU Penang University College (UOW Malaysia KDU Penang) today signed a Memorandum of Understanding with SIRIM Berhad. The collaboration will involve joint researches, seminars, conferences, workshops, and to assist each other in obtaining external funding from outside sources for research.
Dr. Chong Beng Keok, UOW Malaysia KDU Penang’s Vice Chancellor and Chew Teck Ming, CEO of SIRIM Measurement Technology officiated the event. Also in attendance was YAB Danny Law Heng Kiang, Penang State EXCO for Tourism Development.

The partnership would also support the exchange of academic materials and development of joint study programmes, while encouraging any other activities that both institutions agree to be of mutual benefit.
