Wan Nur’Aswannah is Academic Department Head / Senior Lecturer of the School of Business, UOW Malaysia, Glenmarie Campus. She leads the business and accounting programs in diploma, undergraduate and postgraduate levels.

She obtained her Master of Business Administration from University of Southern Queensland and is currently undertaking her PhD on the topic of Mediating Role of Organisational Climate between Job Crafting, Entrepreneurial Mindset and Work Engagement of Malaysian private university academics.
