Mr. Saravanan Raman Mr. Saravanan Raman Email: email@example.com Mr. Saravanan Raman obtained his MSc Business Analysis and Consulting from University of Strathclyde,UK and MBA from University Utara Malaysia. He is also a certified HRDF Trainer. He has around 15 years of working experience at managerial level in the service industry which stands as a strong foundation for him to understand various problems that arise in the service organization. He worked in both manufacturing and service sector locally and internationally. Most recently, Mr. Saravanan Raman has been awarded an internal grant by UOW Malaysia KDU Centre of Research and Innovation for his project title “To investigate the zone of trade-offs using service dimensions in the higher education sector”. The research will help to address the constraints among service staff which will lead to the practice of trade-offs. Related to this, there are two articles which were published and available online. He is also interested to work further on this topic which is one of the key areas in the service operation especially in the hospital and the hotel sectors. In addition, he is also working with well-known companies located at Bayan Lepas on “New Product Development Success/Failure”. He also welcomes those who are interested to incorporate the service dimensions into operational perspectives.
