Assoc. Prof. Dr Eddy Yap, CA(M), ASEAN CPA, FCCA, CIA, CMIIA, FMIM, is a Management Consultant and Practice Academic who is actively involved in the diagnosis of organisational health, formulation of solutions, and implementation of improvements. With more than 25 years of corporate, operational and advisory experience, he continues to be engaged with various public and private sector organisations in their initiatives and enhancement programs.

On the academic front, he supervises and assesses PhD and MBA candidates and delivers courses relating to finance, accounting, and economics. He is a speaker and trainer for regulatory and professional bodies and delivers courses on governance, risk management, and compliance (GRC) topics, strategic planning, financial management, operational improvements, leadership, business communications, behavioural science and creative / critical thinking.

He is also a keen observer and researcher in the broader business and financial markets, with publications in international peer-reviewed journals and conference proceedings, while providing thought leadership in the professional and corporate circles through keynote speaking and panel discussions.
