UOW Malaysia KDU Penang University College unveiled plans for a 10-acre flagship campus in Batu Kawan, at a groundbreaking event officiated by Chief Minister of Penang YAB Lim Guan Eng and witnessed by representatives from the Penang Development Corporation (PDC) on 23rd February. Once completed, UOW Malaysia KDU Penang University College will be the biggest purpose-built campus in Batu Kawan, with a capacity to accommodate up to 5,000 students. It will feature a green campus with state-of-the-art facilities that are in line with the requirements of a university college, and include a myriad of informal activity areas designed to promote active discussions and learning beyond the classroom.
