People Choice Award won by LEO Club.

On 6^th March 2020, the UOW Malaysia KDU Appreciation Night was organised at the Glenmarie Campus to recognise the achievements of clubs and societies such as the Student Council, UOWM KDU Law Society, Chinese Culture Society and many more. Celebrating this prestigious night with us were a group of Mobility Program students from Tezukayama Gakuin University from Osaka, Japan

A total of 31 awards were given to deserving individuals, in which 11 were assigned to leadership within clubs and societies. This year, SAC introduced new awards namely, Best #BackToBasic Advocate, Social Impact Award, Best Supporter of The Ecosystem Award, and People Choice Award.

UOW Malaysia KDU has given the clubs and societies a memorable night by recognizing and appreciating their efforts throughout the year.

This exciting night ended with fantastic series of performances provided by the Student and Alumni Centre. The Student & Alumni Centre’s (SAC) main objective is to faciltate activities by clubs and societies to ensure a vibrant campus life.  Students are encouraged to inititiate and run activities of a university level and in accordance with the Youth Empowerment Plan. This includes Hatch Up, Sustainability, Culturation, Fitspiration and Career Exploration.
