George Town, 6 February 2018 – Career and Placement Center, UOW Malaysia KDU Penang University College (UOW Malaysia KDU Penang), organised a talk on “Facebook Integrated Marketing” by inviting Zalla Marketing Sdn. Bhd. on 5th February 2018 for students from the School of Computer Science.
Zalla Marketing Sdn.Bhd is an online store focussing on the wholesale of a variety of goods without any particular specialization. This talk was aimed at showing students how to survive in the world of e-commerce and social media marketing.
Ms Thing Khor, the representative of Zalla Marketing Sdn.Bhd stressed the importance of social media marketing to the students. “Each student must learn to use social media to start online marketing and create a self-branding to earn income. Through sites such as Facebook, you can reach target markets by sharing content.”
Calling it the fourth industrial revolution, Ms Thing described online marketing through social media as playing an important role of transmitting messages to a wide audience. Online marketing just needs a small investment to start the business and can attract more customers with a good copywriting and professional photography of the products.
